The clocks have gone forward, and so has Heartbound's journey. From its humble beginning as a Word file on my laptop, it has reached the dizzying heights of #8 in Amazon's Ghost category and has received two great reviews. This week, after much tinkering and changing of the front cover, it has now been approved to be made into a paperback! I will be receiving the proof copy in the mail in the next couple of weeks.
Blue Eyes Behind the Mask is also developing quite nicely. It's intriguing to revisit scenes that I had shelved and to meet some interesting characters. When I first wrote Blue Eyes Behind the Mask, I was just a teenager trying to plot a course through the murky waters of A Level exams. Now, as a final year university student, self-published author, and copy editor, I feel I have matured both in a writing and personal sense. I was young and naive when I started Blue Eyes Behind the Mask. How quickly things change!
I also found myself thinking about another story. This is just the very first rung on the writing ladder, but there could well be some brand new works in the pipeline. Keep watching this space!!
